project at a glance

The St. Luke's Surgical Intensive Care Unit  project involved the build-out of 18,500 square feet of space into 16 surgical intensive care rooms, associated nurse stations, and resource rooms. The project also included updated elevators, air handling units, and power distribution equipment.  Demolition of an elevator and elevator shaft in the hospital allowed for added tie-in points at every floor between the main hospital building and Building “F” that houses the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the Surgical Intensive Care area.
