The South Hill Business & Technology Center is situated on 92 acres, the campus includes three buildings of office and mission critical data center space as well as ample room for growth and expansion.

Building 1-Data Center (60,000 square feet)

  • Flexible design able to meet Tier II or Tier III buildouts
  • Twenty (20) MW of power.
  • Facility supported by a fifty (50) MVA dual fed on-site power substation.
  • Cooling has been designed for this data center facility for an efficient 1.4 PUE or less.
  • Environmentally efficient design to take advantage of the Northwest's mild climate.
  • This data center offers an extremely low TCO (total cost of operation) to the data center end-user.

Building D-Data Center (56,000 square feet)

Next generation data center facility contains robust high-density power and cooling infrastructure and 56,000 square feet of raised floor currently designed to 150w/sf scalable to 260w/sf with 100% free cooling. Flexible phased pod architecture and modular scalability at substantial savings.

  • 37.5MVA of existing, dedicated capacity at substation (18.75MVA N+1)
  • Dual fed from separate 115kV sources
  • 7,200 ton chiller plant on site
  • Significant free cooling opportunities with air side economizers
  • Highly secure, buffered facility
  • Telecom and general office space available
