PRS Mirabella is a 13-story, 757,000 square foot continuing care retirement community project which contains residential areas, skilled nursing spaces, boarding homes and guest rooms.
The project also has a courtyard, a wine-tasting room, a library, an exercise facility, pool, dining rooms and a bar/lounge with views of the city. Support services for the building include main reception lobby, marketing/administrative offices, kitchen, laundry and maintenance facilities.
