The courthouse provides housing for the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts, as well as offices for the U.S. Marshals, Probation/Pretrial Services, the Federal Public Defender, U.S. Trustees and other tenants. The eight-story, 346,000 square foot building includes 64 parking spaces underground. The project earned a LEED Silver Certification.
