project at a glance

The 120,000 square foot interior renovation of two floors for Siemens includes100,000 square feet of open offices, closed offices and conference rooms, 12,000 square feet of electronics labs, 6,000 square feet of wet labs, 2,500 square feet of data center, 1,500 square feet of clean rooms and 3,000 square feet of cafeteria space.

The project will pursue LEED Gold certification.
