This design/build, tilt-wall, industrial facility is 265,000 square feet that includes 10,000 square feet of office space and a 6,000 square foot Central Plant. The bi-level office space includes a flexible second story area for expansion and growth.

Key features include a 32’ clear height, 20,000 amp dual-feed power services, 1,200 tons of chilled water cooling and 3’ thick equipment line foundations.
