Turner completed an extensive tenant improvement for Motorola in two phases.  The first phase included a 14,000 interior build-out of executive office space.  The space included CEO office suite with bathroom/shower, attached executive conference room, executive boardroom with pantry, large and small conference rooms, break-out rooms, 13 executive offices, executive wash rooms and open office space.

The second phase included the demolition and 20,500 square foot build-out of executive space. The project includes offices, workstations, conference rooms, labs, staging, storage, computer room, IDF closets, restrooms, cafeteria, fitness room and all supporting infrastructure.  Work included modifying infrastructure as required to meet the needs of the new occupancy including mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, building management system, electrical, lighting, fire alarm, UPS and restroom modifications. Audio/visual systems were installed in conference rooms and selected spaces.  Installation of owner supplied furniture included workstations, offices, conference rooms, focus rooms, mobility, file cabinets, and ancillary furniture applications and corresponding power and network cabling.
