The 49,150 square foot Susquehanna Center is slated to be gutted and renovated, and the expansion will include a 37,460 square foot arena, which will bring the total building size up to 86,610 square feet.  The project also includes the creation of 160 new parking spaces, a new loop road around the building, the demolition and reconstruction of four tennis courts, and realigned entrances at the entrance drive.
