The 260,000 square foot Annenberg Pavilion houses 126 inpatient beds on the second, third and fourth levels. The ground level houses 34 beds in the critical care units, while the lower level houses the cafeteria, Information Systems, Environmental Services, Nutritional and Materials Management departments.

The Annenberg Pavilion project was featured on The History Channel for its heavy use of recycled building materials. From the use of recycled steel to landscaping in a dry, hot desert climate, this project sought ways to reduce waste and optimize energy consumption in keeping with the ongoing efforts to implement green sustainable practices to the benefit of the client and the community at large.
