project at a glance

This 30,000 square foot interior fitout of laboratory space to be used by the University of Pittsburgh Health Sciences Department.  Work included  a mechanical building and equipment court yard that was constructed adjacent to the building.  The laboratory has a separate generator, air handler, chilled and hot water, DI water, etc.
