The Culinary Arts Building on the Wolfson campus is an eight story culinary arts facility that houses various food laboratories and functioning kitchens The building is the first of its kind to seek LEED Gold certification through the USGBC.
The ground floor lobby consists of a gourmet café serviced by the college staff and students. The second floor has a classroom with adjustable seating, conference rooms and administration offices. The third floor features a kitchen and theatre studio with 22 wine tasting stations, and private wine coolers. The fourth, fifth, and sixth floors contain the five full cooking/teaching laboratories for the culinary program. The seventh level is a complete production kitchen that services a featured dining room on the eighth floor.
