project at a glance

This one-story 4,400 square foot bank features a seven-station millwork teller line and high-end security / surveillance systems. Spaces include a break room, server room, office space and an entry lobby area with millwork media wall.  Work included complete site remediation, landscaping and a parking lot. The facility is situated directly above the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA). Excavation and sheet piling work was done without disruption to the CTA tunnel and service. A three and a half month fast-track schedule of seven-day work weeks helped get this project finished on time.
