Phase 2 of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's Colket Translational Research Building is a 12-story tower built atop the occupied four-story structure Turner built during Phase 1.

The envelope of the building is a curved and jutting modular curtain wall façade made of unitized aluminum and glass units textured with terra cotta rain screen and applied aluminum components. The tower houses three floors of general office and conference spaces, four floors of research laboratories, and a two story mechanical/electrical floor. The structure, facade, vertical transportation, mechanical, and electrical systems can be expanded to 27 stories through phase construction. Phased occupancy began in September 2009. Phase 2, like Phase 1, is LEED Silver Certified.
