This project involved extensive tenant improvements and laboratory installation work in two newly leased buildings.  Building B61 included 22,000 sq. ft. of LNA lab space, QA/QC labs, a distribution center and a genetic medicine manufacturing area.  Building B62 included 27,000 sq. ft. of administrative offices and research and development space.  The scope of work included the installation of a tank farm, process piping, fume hoods and a loading dock to support the manufacturing process.
