Turner Awarded Contract To Construct Office Building At One South Dearborn  In Chicago, Ill.

Chicago, Ill., Feb. 19, 2004 – The Chicago office of Turner Construction Company has been awarded a contract to build an office building at One South Dearborn Street in Chicago, Ill., for international real estate developer Hines. Turner is the nation’s leading general builder.

Turner Construction Company is the general contractor on the project. The architect is DeStefano Keating Partners Ltd. of Chicago, Ill. The 40-story, one million-sq.-ft. office building is scheduled for completion in September 2005. The Chicago-based law firm of Sidley Austin Brown & Wood LLP will occupy 500,000-sq.-ft. of office space.
