Turner is providing pre-construction and construction services for a 156,000 sq. ft. replacement elementary school. The 3-story school will include six pre-kindergarten classrooms, 24 classrooms, a computer and science lab, library, music and art rooms and a two-story gymnasium with a raised platform stage along with mechanical rooms. The scope of work also includes a rooftop outdoor playground and gardens. The project site is located between N. State Street and N. Dearborn Street and W. Walton Street and W. Oak Street in Chicago.
