Wealth Accumulation Benefits
Turner’s Wealth Accumulation program puts you in charge of your future. The key component in building long-term financial security is the Turner Retirement Investment Plan (TRIP). The TRIP is a 401(k) savings plan that includes a company earnings-based contribution and a company matching contribution. You are always 100% vested in your employee contributions to the TRIP. And, you are 100% vested in Turner’s contributions after you complete three years of employment with the company.

Compensation
While it’s only one piece of Turner’s total employment package, we know that competitive compensation is important. We measure our compensation against industry and geographic benchmarks. And we strive to offer our employees something extra.

Base Salary
Your base salary is determined by the scope of your responsibilities, qualifications, and years of experience.

End of Year Premium Pay
In addition to base salary, all active salaried regular employees are eligible for discretionary End of Year Premium Pay. This benefit is a function of salary and service. 

Appreciation Pay
Employees above a certain level are eligible for an annual Appreciation Pay bonus.

College and University Gift-Matching Program
The Company matches the contributions that you or your spouse makes to accredited colleges and universities.

Employee Referral Program
As a Turner employee, you may be eligible for a bonus when you refer a qualified candidate who is hired by Turner.

Tuition Reimbursement Program
Whether your goal is a greater understanding of industry innovations or advancement or even a career change, whether you are a seasoned veteran or just getting started, the Turner Tuition Reimbursement Program can help. After you complete one year of service, Turner will reimburse you for company-related coursework and professional development expenses. The program covers tuition and registration fees, subject to an annual limit.

Professional Certification and Licenses
Turner will  help with the cost of acquiring a professional license or professional certification.

U.S. Savings Bond Program
You may purchase U.S. Savings Bonds through convenient payroll deductions.

Staff Awards
These awards recognize exceptional individual contributions to the company. Chosen employees receive a monetary award and participate in a ceremony to honor their achievements.
