Turner provided construction management services for a expansion at the Palm Springs Airport that included a two-story, 80,000 sq. ft. building, eight new gates, underground utility sitework on the airport "tarmac," and fgift and specialty concession areas.

Unique features of the expansion include a fabric tent roof and telescoping jet-way bridges for passengers. The airport was operational at all times without interfering with passenger convenience, safety or security. 

Turner also provided pre-construction services for the terminal project.
