Turner provided preconstruction and construction management services for the five-story, 150,000 sq. ft. Center for Medical Sciences research facility  to service Albany Medical College, Albany School of Pharmacy and the David Axelrod Institute. The project included the development of flexible laboratory space to meet the changing programs of the four principle tenants. Laboratories on each floor were equipped with flexible lab benches, localized RODI water systems and an environmental room.
