YouthForce 2020
Much of the work we are most proud of is done with children and students of all ages, in the classroom and beyond. YouthForce 2020 is a national program that encourages kindergarten through high school students to consider careers in the construction industry. Through Youth Force, members of the Turner community work with students interested in design and engineering, fostering those interests and offering themselves as role models. The program promotes diversity (race, gender and age) and maintains ongoing relationships with schools, administrators, civic organizations and students in an effort to cultivate future industry leaders.

ACE Mentor Program
Turner is a longtime participant in ACE Mentoring, a program that provides high school students the opportunity to work on design and construction assignments in teams that include members of the construction industry, from developers to tradesmen. After choosing their team, students are given access to current technology for estimating, scheduling and modeling their assignment projects and they visit construction sites and offices to see firsthand what goes in to completing a live project. When an assignment project is complete these teams, which meet in after school hours and throughout the year, often decide to undertake another project with the same team members.
