The Human Resources Director develops and implements people-related services, policies and programs and HR processes and metrics to ensure compliance and measure achievement of the organization's business goals. Reports to: General Manager or Operations Manager Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages one or more HR Administrators, HR Generalists, and/or HR Managers in multiple locations.
