Turner's first project in Colorado was the Johns Manville World Headquarters (later renamed Lockheed Martin) completed in 1973. Over the past 40 years we have developed strong relationships in the Denver market, amassing more than 3,000 subcontractors in our local database. As a multi-national company, we also have the ability to call on trusted partners and leverage resources from across the United States and beyond, to support our local presence.  Understanding regional construction issues, developing relationships with Colorado clients, architects, and subcontractors, mentoring M/WBE partners and being active in local events are all ways in which we dedicate ourselves to being a trusted, informed resource and active community member.
