Turner provided Construction Management services to widen 1.17 miles of the Osceola Parkway between the Florida Turnpike and Buenaventura Lakes Blvd. The work consisted of widening the four-lane divided rural roadway to a six-lane divided urban roadway. The scope of services included installing concrete barrier walls, signals, milling and re-surfacing of existing pavement, closed drainage system, curb and gutter, inlets, pipe and outfall structures. The project was completed one month ahead of schedule and under budget.
