Turner provided services for the fit out of a previously unoccupied upper floor of a six-story research laboratory building. Spaces include research laboratories, associated faculty offices and support spaces. The existing structure consists of a cast-in-place concrete frame. Interiors include gypsum board on metal studs, acoustical ceiling tile, sealed concrete floors and carpet tile. MEP systems are typical of a laboratory/office building.
