Turner is providing construction management services for an 85,000 square foot redevelopment of The Times Square Marriott Marquis, which is located in one New York's busiest avenues. The most prominent project feature is the “beyond 4K” digital billboard, the largest of its kind in the world. Measuring eight-stories high, the 26,000 square foot billboard is nearly as long as football field, and wraps around the block.
