This project consisted of wing additions of 110,000 square feet and renovations to the entire existing 350,000 square foot facility. Architectural renovations as well as mechanical / electrical / plumbing systems replacements occurred throughout. Improvements included a new kitchen, classrooms, labs, and greenhouse. Revised educational programming required the relocation of most of the existing classrooms/labs. The construction was planned in several distinct phases to allow the education process to continue during construction.
